1. About the platform
OXO.ro is operated by OXO SRL (RO6926354). It is a B2B hub for industrial technology, crafts and related services that facilitates listing, discovery and contact between users.
2. Accounts
An account is required to post listings or contact sellers. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Listings and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings you publish. Illegal, misleading or infringing content is prohibited. OXO may moderate, edit or remove listings that breach the rules.
4. Transactions
OXO facilitates contact between parties. Negotiation, payment and delivery happen between users, at their own risk. During the beta, expert/sponsor subscriptions may be provided free and payments run in test mode.
5. Árva Szakmák program
The social initiative connects mentors, apprentices, workers and donors. Listings in this program do not guarantee employment or placement; OXO acts only as a bridge.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. OXO is not liable for losses arising from user transactions, listing content or service interruptions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
